Bio

Julie always had a love and an ear for music, which she focused on violin when starting lessons at age 9. Originally from Western New York, she regularly participated in county and area all-state music festivals throughout middle school and high school. She earned acceptance into the music school at SUNY College at Fredonia where she studied violin and performed with their college symphony. Most recently, she is a member of Lake Norman Orchestra and their LKNO Chamber Strings. In addition to teaching violin lessons at Bamford Fine Violins, Julie works as an elementary teacher at St. Mark Catholic School.
